Refund & Returns Policy

At LeafLife, we strive to provide high-quality products. you receive a defective product, we will review your claim under the following conditions:

Defective Products Only: We accept returns only for defective products. No returns are accepted for functioning products or based on personal dissatisfaction.

• Return Period: Items must be reported as damaged, defective, or missing within 7 days of the order received date.
• Claim Requirements: To initiate a claim, please contact us at contact@leaflifewi.com with your order number or original receipt, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defective product.
• Resolution Process: For approved defective-product claims, we will first attempt to replace the product. If a replacement is not possible, we may issue a refund or store credit. LeafLife covers all return shipping costs for approved defective claims.
• Contact Us First: If there is an issue with your order, including a defective, missing, delivery-related, or unauthorized transaction concern, please contact LeafLife before initiating a payment dispute so we have the opportunity to review and resolve the issue directly with you

Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

• Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. LeafLife is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
• Delivery Confirmation: Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled. LeafLife is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
• Pickup Orders: Pickup orders may require matching identification or order confirmation. Once an order is released to the verified customer or authorized pickup person, the order is considered fulfilled.

Right to Review & Cancel

LeafLife reserves the right to hold, cancel, or refund any order for security review, suspected fraud, payment verification issues, prior dispute history, or other risk indicators. By purchasing from LeafLife, you agree to these terms and conditions.
